Paul Cook - Golf Professional Paul is 36 years old and has been attached to Datchet Golf Club for 8 years, the past two years as Head Golf Professional. Paul has a distinguished teaching CV including coaching the 2004 and 2005 British Mid Amateur (over 25) Champion, The 2001,02,03,04,05,06 and 07 Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxforshire County Champions as well as the 2007 County Colts (under 21) Champion. Paul was also a Head Coach for all BB&O County squads from 2001 through till 2008 overseeing one of the most successful periods in the combined counties history! Paul has also been involved as a lead coach and organiser of many successful Winter Golf Schools in Mauritius, Portugal and Spain from 1998 through to present day as well as working with many large companies in the UK such as Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) and International Hotel Group (IHG). Since becoming a PGA Qualified Professional in 2000 Paul has appeared on Sky TV as well as writing instructional articles for National publications, Golf Pages Magazine, National Club Golfer and several local publications in the South East. In his role as Head Professional at Datchet, Paul offers a comprehensive teaching service utilising the clubs excellent practice facilities as well as offering a full club repairs service.
