Advantage Card Holders are allowed a discount of £2.00 for 18 holes and £1.00 for 9 holes.

Visitors are welcome any week-day and on Bank Holidays and Weekends after 2.00 p.m. during British Summer Time.
There is no need to book a tee time but it is advisable to check availability with the Secretary.

 

DRESS RULES 

VISITORS PAYING GREEN FEES AND MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS ARE ASKED TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING DRESS RULES AT ALL TIMES:

Footwear

Golf shoes must be worn on the course but not in the Clubhouse. Trainers and tennis shoes are not considered acceptable on the course but may be worn in the Clubhouse if they are smart in appearance.

Shirts

Shirts with collars or roll necks, or collarless shirts designed specifically for golf, should be worn on the course and in the Clubhouse and must be tucked in at all times. Ladies shirts with ribbed hems or shaped with vents, if not tucked in, should cover the waistband. However shirts specifically designed to be worn outside trousers may be worn so in the Clubhouse. T-shirts are not acceptable.

Trousers

Denim Jeans, Tracksuits or Ladies Ski Pants should not be worn on the course. Tracksuits must not be worn in the Clubhouse but smart denim clothing may be worn in the Clubhouse. Ripped or working denim jeans are not acceptable.

Trousers must not be tucked into socks.

All Members and Visitors may wear tailored shorts and Ladies may wear skirts on the Course and in the Clubhouse, the length of which must not be more than four inches above the knee. These should be worn on the Course with short or long sports socks of predominately one colour. Football or Rugby socks are not acceptable.

Caps

Baseball or golf caps to be worn with the peak at the front. Hats or caps of any kind must not be worn in the clubhouse.

Formal Occasions

On all formal occasions Jackets and Ties (Ties being defined as Ties, Bow Ties and Cravats) or Polo Neck Sweaters are to be worn in the Clubhouse, unless any specific event deems otherwise.

 

The “Course” is defined as the course, practice ground and putting green. It is the Committees wish that all Members and their guests keep up the standards of the Club and that common sense should prevail.

The Secretary, Committee Members, Steward, or the Professional will enforce these rules at all times.
